New releases by The Swing Movement

Pat from The Swing Movement alerted me to two new tracks the band have just released and I am pleased to be able to make them both available on the indie bands blog

To the Bone and Tarantula.

Both explore a slightly different tempo and mood from Jigsaw, which is featured on The Swing Movement article and showcase the bands versatility.

On To the Bone, the staccato beat and use of hi-hat keep the music framed, while the picked guitar weaves an engaging  path through the vocals.

Tarantula, after an acoustic introduction suddenly picks up pace, in which lead guitar and drum combine to keep the music moving forwards. The band maintain superb control over the louder and faster sections of Tarantula, maintaining a tight and clear sound.

I look forward to hearing more of The Swing Movement.
