Nadine Carina is a solo singer songwriter. With Croatian / Italian parentage, born in Switzerland she is now based in Liverpool in England where she creates and delivers experimental alternative folk, which reflects that diversity of influence, through a diversity of instruments including: Piano; Guitar and; MIDI Keyboard.

Kicking back in the garden on a sunny afternoon with a head buried in a Steinbeck, this would be a superb accompaniment to that time when your head lifts, reflects and absorbs. The intriguing use of a diversity of instruments instils a diversity of sounds and direction, whilst the daisy fresh vocal suits well the moment.
This is of that nature of music that it is as primitive as a skeleton, it is your imagination that is able to fill in the flesh and create something incredibly powerful through the outline proffered. Sometimes music just needs that simple structure to fire the brain to an immense space and this material has enough internal combustion to spark the imagination.
Undoubtedly if you are not a fan of folk then your mind needs to be open, but in the right space, this is incredibly evocative and powerful and I look forward to hearing how Nadine Carina develops her career which has already undergone a transition in development and style. I somehow feel there is much more to come.
