As Aristophanes puts it in The Ecclesiazusae - Lopadotemachoselachogaleokranioleipsanodrimhypotrimmatosilphiparaomelitokatakechymenokichle-
pikossyphophattoperisteralektryonoptekephalliokiglopeleiolagoiosiraiobaphetraganopterygon, there isn’t much musical ground that isn’t put in to the stew. To take the final lines from the play which are as apposite - (as they depart, dancing, with BLEPYRUS leading them) Dance gaily! Iai! Iai! We shall dine! Euoi! Euai! Euai! As for a triumph! Euoi! Euoi Euai! Euai!

This is a triumph of cohesion as the sextet throw a diversity of ingredients in to the pot and come up with a sublimely tasting lo-fi concoction to imbibe and digest. The constructs are delightfully delivered as the psychotropic drip-feed reprogrammes the brain on to a flight of fancy.

The material is gently mixed and rather than harrying the head fills it with an incredibly relaxing sound. Regardless of the angle in which you approach this, the effect is mesmerizing and all engaging. Suddenly the irritation I was feeling as I hit play was sloughed away like a butterfly pumping blood in to the wings after emerging from the chrysalis, not only was I in a different space, but the world looked a better place with new possibilities.

Sometimes the most powerful music emerges from the most unsuspecting corners and long may (the) Umbrella Cult translate the words of the Second-Maid.
