Harmonies are the distinguishing feature of the band, they have been able to add considerable emotive context to their out-put with the addition of the second guitar, which is used to add textures, unlike many who perceive the second guitar as a means of adding volume. Break Through Beautiful is not a band attempting to break the mold, rather excel at what they do. The combination of musicians work very well and the song writing utilises the skills to good effect.
Equally adept with slower pieces and faster tempos the audience is given an impression that this is a band who could perform on a stage of any size, equally at home with the intimacy of the bar round the corner as on a festival setting, which is a testament to the song structures.
The joy of settling down to listen to the music is the diversity that engages the ears, whilst a distinctive style retains familiarity with the surroundings.
